Use the services only for lawful and legitimate purposes
Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt Aeterna’s platforms or operations
Respect the safety, dignity, and conduct standards of Aeterna personnel and partners
Aeterna reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
4. Service Limitations
Aeterna’s services are supportive and facilitative in nature
We do not guarantee medical outcomes, appointment availability, treatment results, or timelines
Service delivery may depend on third-party providers such as hospitals, clinics, labs, or transport services, over whom Aeterna has no direct control
5. Payments and Fees
Certain services may be chargeable and will be communicated in advance
All fees are payable as per the agreed pricing terms
Payments once made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing
Aeterna is not responsible for fees charged directly by hospitals, doctors, or third-party providers
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made within the timelines communicated at the time of booking
Late cancellations may attract partial or full charges
Aeterna reserves the right to reschedule services due to operational, safety, or force majeure reasons
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and materials available on Aeterna’s platforms are the intellectual property of Aeterna or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.
8. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We handle personal and health-related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Users agree that limited information may be shared with service partners strictly for service delivery purposes.

We are not responsible for medical decisions, treatment outcomes, or acts/omissions of healthcare providers
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aeterna for the specific service giving rise to the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeterna, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

Violation of these Terms
