Aeterna provides healthcare coordination, assistance, and support services, which may include appointment facilitation, care coordination, accompaniment services, information support, and related non-clinical services.

Aeterna does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. All medical decisions are the responsibility of licensed healthcare professionals.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or

  • You are acting on behalf of a patient with appropriate authority, consent, or guardianship

You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information

  • Use the services only for lawful and legitimate purposes

  • Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt Aeterna’s platforms or operations

  • Respect the safety, dignity, and conduct standards of Aeterna personnel and partners

Aeterna reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

4. Service Limitations

  • Aeterna’s services are supportive and facilitative in nature

  • We do not guarantee medical outcomes, appointment availability, treatment results, or timelines

  • Service delivery may depend on third-party providers such as hospitals, clinics, labs, or transport services, over whom Aeterna has no direct control

5. Payments and Fees

  • Certain services may be chargeable and will be communicated in advance

  • All fees are payable as per the agreed pricing terms

  • Payments once made are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing

  • Aeterna is not responsible for fees charged directly by hospitals, doctors, or third-party providers

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made within the timelines communicated at the time of booking

  • Late cancellations may attract partial or full charges

  • Aeterna reserves the right to reschedule services due to operational, safety, or force majeure reasons

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and materials available on Aeterna’s platforms are the intellectual property of Aeterna or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

We handle personal and health-related information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. Users agree that limited information may be shared with service partners strictly for service delivery purposes.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Our platforms may reference or link to third-party services or websites. Aeterna is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third parties.

Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Aeterna shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • We are not responsible for medical decisions, treatment outcomes, or acts/omissions of healthcare providers

  • Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Aeterna for the specific service giving rise to the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aeterna, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you

12. Force Majeure

Aeterna shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services at our discretion, without prior notice, if these Terms are violated or if continued service is not feasible.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
